I would like to know what is manufacturing date from this device MC56F84763VLHR, I can read from component body the marking as these: MC56F84763V at top, 2N27E at center and CTKN303J at bottom. #MC56F84763VLHR #DIGITALSIGNALCONTROL #DATECODE

Hi,

I took a picture of mask of 56F84789 silicon, the date code is 1209, it means that the manufacturing date is 2012 year 09th week.

So, does this means mine is week 3 of 2003? Marking calls for CTKN303J in a MC56F84763V

The MC56F84xxx was launched in 2012 year, so it is impossible to label 03xx.
