Error: Update image failed(invalid record start char).

Hi,

I'm using the KBOOT v2.0.0 and the KinetisFlashTool under Windows 10.

At this stage, we are in a development stage for the firmware, building a lot of firmware versions, and burning them via KBOOT.

Sometimes the KinetisFlashTool reports the following error :

Start update progress......
Updating image......
Error: Update image failed(invalid record start char).
Update process is stopped by error.

The error seems to occur randomly with certain versions of our firmware. Changing something, and rebuilding the firmware seems to solve the problem most of the times. Switching back to a non-working firmware version build earlier will result in the same error again. So it looks like its linked directly to something in the firmware (files) Any idea? Thinks I miss?
