EC2 RGMII cannot connected with phy

lx2080 customer board。

Phy devices are correctly identified in the Uboot ，The state is link，but ping is not work。What could be the problem

Using DPMAC18@rgmii-id device

ARP Retry count exceeded; starting again
ping failed; host 10.0.14.119 is not alive

The VALUE detected by the PC is 100M。

It is required to check:

1) RGMII interface is properly implemented

2) 125MHz clock is applied and EC_GTX_CLK125 is correctly configured - i.e. RCW[GTX_CLK_PMUX]=0

3) PHY is correctly initialized - i.e. internal delays are enabled for RX and TX clocks.
