&lt;P&gt;Then modify *.rcw in&amp;nbsp;components/firmware/rcw/ls1046ardb/RR_FFSSPPPH_1133_5559/.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rebuild RCW with the following command and get rcw*.bin in&amp;nbsp;components/firmware/rcw/ls1046ardb/RR_FFSSPPPH_1133_5559/.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;$ flex-builder -c rcw -m ls1046ardb&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We need your help for this analysis. Appreciate your support in this request.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below are the details of the affected unit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Part Number : LFHP1824-1290&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MPN :&amp;nbsp;LS1046ASE8T1A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Description : IC QORIQ PROCESSOR 4 CORES 780-FCPBGA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Supplier : NXP Semiconductors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Date Code :&amp;nbsp;2114&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Location on Board : U83&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Board S/N : SG17KPK013&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fail Station : FCT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failure Description :&amp;nbsp;Able to load RCW and Uboot, but unable to load OS and boot further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;RCW – Reset configuration word.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset Configuration Word (RCW):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 00000000: 0e150012 0d000000 00000000 00000000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 00000010: 33335577 0000401e 40000000 c1000000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 00000020: 00000000 05000100 00000000 00428ffd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 00000030: 00004104 24101200 00000096 00000001&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Read existing content (codes) – store for future reference:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No issue with the code/flash, as the board able to pass all flash partition and functionalities check with new processor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reflash and reverify the content (code):&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same code/flash works on a new processor, which means no issue with the code or flash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reverify board functionality: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Board functionality good with new processor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Like at what voltage, what temperature, how to translate that the RCW message into failure description.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=&amp;gt; voltage&amp;nbsp;- 3.3V, 1.8V,1.2V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=&amp;gt; room temp&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Customer: I mentioned RCW just to say that Processor has crossed the initial milestone of booting up using the Uboot from the SPI flash. it got hanged while booting up to the OS from the emmc interface.&amp;nbsp;RCW itself don’t have an error code within it. Need to get NXP to perform their full chip level test and confirm no issues on their side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Has the customer used QCVS DDRv tool to connect to the custom board to do optimization and validation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
