Test NAND on your board using CodeWarrior wizrad for simple program example creation. Is there problem for this NAND Flash reading? See Flash configuration in the LS1012A_FRWY_init.py using the following path: C:\Freescale\CW4NET_v2020.06\CW_ARMv8\Config\boards

We are developing a custom board with LS1012. When we connect it to the CW TAP the diagnose runs fine and no error is found. However, we fail to flash the QSPI NAND.

I've tried, through the gdb terminal, to unprotect, erase and write the whole memory. The first two steps worked fine, but only 2,112 bytes could be writen. Our Nand has a page size of 2,176 bytes, but the qspi nand on the ls1012afrwy kit, which we did use as reference, has 2,112 bytes of page size.

The QSPI nand from the Freeway board is W25N01GW.

Our is MT29F1G01ABBFDSF.

LuisSchabarum_0-1623942885996.png

I've copied the Target Initialization File from the Freeway kit and changed the nand qspi to our.

I'm also using the hard-coded rcw.
