LS1046 QSPI setup time isssue at input timing

Hi,

We found the QSPI setup time isssue at input timing. It can't meet spec.

LS1046 SDR mode QuadSPI input and output timing

Setup time for incoming data tNIIVKH 8.6 — ns
Hold time requirement for incoming data tNIIXKH 0.4 — ns

Our measurement result: the clock frequence is 50MHz.

At the same time, we measured at the LS1046RDB-RevB that has same issue.

But we found the clock is 70MHz, the Setup time value is 3.88 ns.

Do you have any comment?

We can not guarantee LS1046A to work properly if HW specifications are violated.

You have to meet LS1046A HW specifications.
