lsdk flex-builder fails to build

I am using LSDK flexbuild1809 on Ubuntu 18.04 running in a VirtualBox VM.

My target is LS1088ARDB.

I run the following command:

flex-builder -m ls1088ardb -a arm64 -b sd

The build fails with the following error:

...

INSTRUCTION: mkbootpartition
DESTARCH: arm64
SECURE: y
CONFIGLIST: build_lsdk.cfg
INSTRUCTION: mklinux
DESTARCH: arm64
CONFIGLIST: build_lsdk.cfg
umount: /home/boeing/lsdk1809/flexbuild_lsdk1809/packages/rfs/ramdiskrfs/mntrd: target is busy.

I have to restart the build again which completes w/o error.

Any suggestions on the above "umount" error?

We use Ubuntu 18 Linux or Ubuntu 18 virtual VmWare machine for LSDK using.

There is no problem for building if Ubuntu 18 64bit is used.

I updated VirtualBox from 5.2.18 to 5.2.20.

I repeated the above build command and did not see the error.
