Chapter 39 of RM LS1021

Watchdog Timer (WDOG) All WDOG modules use 32 KHz clock, driven at device input RTC or TA_BB_RTC pin for their counters. The WDOG uses the low frequency reference clock (RTC) for its counter and control operations. The low frequency reference clock is a free-running clock and can't be gated.

Is this the case for the LS1043ARDB and is it the RTC or the TA_BB_RTC pins that are used for the LS1043ARDB, and which pin does the SDK 2.0 support for the LS1043ARDB for the counters for the WDOG modules?

WDOG receives a clock which is ORed version of TA_BB_RTC and RTC - please refer to the QorIQ LS1043A Reference Manual, Figure 4-7. Clock subsystem block diagram - IP modules.

On the LS1043ARDB the 32 KHz clock is applied to both inputs TA_BB_RTC and RTC.
