LS1046 does not boot from SD card

I am trying to boot from SD card, LS1046 using OK1046A-C2 Single Board Computer from forlinx.

I am flashing the SD card using the following command

flex-installer -i auto -m ls1046ardb -d /dev/sdq -p 4P=128M:2G:8G:-1

And it installs all partitions into SD card successfully(attached file showing instalation finishing successfully)

But then when I connect it to OK1046-C2 board and try to boot these are the kernel messages I get(full boot log attached)

Which version of LSDK are you testing?

I am testing with LSDK 2108, but I did not had successfull results with 2012 either.
