ls1046a: qman failure

We have a LS1046A based board with the following failure:

[    0.220387] fsl_dpaa_mac 1ae6000.ethernet: qman_init_fq(1951) = -5
[    0.302707] fsl_dpa dpaa-ethernet.0: qman_retire_fq(1951) = -22
[    0.373551] fsl_dpa dpaa-ethernet.0: qman_oos_fq(1951) = -22

Any idea what could be triggering this error during Linux boot (5.17). Can this be triggered by an hardware issue?

from my point view, the issue is not due to hardware.

It looks like you are trying to create a DPAA object before the DPAA drives be initialized.

So we found that it happens on only on one for our boards. It does not happen after running a memory test from the boot loader, the difference being the pattern left in DDR memory - 0 with memory test, deadbeef when not run.

We have not seen it happen on Linux 6.4.

Looking at the Linux log to see if there was anything that may have fixed the problem

could you please try with the NXP LLDP 6.1.36 it uses the LTS Kernel 6.1.
