Hi, thank for your comments. Then what should be checked in our case? when replaced with LX2160XC72029B in the same board it works, but LX2160XE72029B not work... we are using LSDK 2004 version. Thanks.

Hi,

We had changed LX2160A part-number LX2160XE72029B from LX2160XC72029B,

But PCI looks not working with the uboot and kernel which are working in LX2160XC72029B.

Is there any difference? on our understanding the difference whether CAN support or not.

If any needed for LX2160XE72029B for PCI, let me know..

Thanks,

Shinha.

Hello, your understanding is correct, it should work in the same way for both devices for PCIe interfaces.

Hi,

We had got the information from our local distribute and can be resolved the issue with the patch file.

-----

Please try to upgrade to LSDK21.08, our LSDK uses the SVR to identify the correct LX2160 SoC silicon revision and then load the correct PCIe controller driver accordingly since Rev 1 and Rev 2 silicon use different PCIe controller IP cores from two different IP vendors. Unfortunately, due to oversight, the LSDK 20.xx version (up to LSDK 20.12) has a mistake when checking the CAN-FD bits.

---

Thanks.
