CAD STEP file for LS1046ARDB

Hi.

I downloaded the Design Files for LS1046ARDB. There is no 3D CAD file in the package. I saw the *.brd file in the package, but I cannot obtain the 3D model from it since I don't have Allegro. I tried the free Allegro Viewer but it is not allowing to export the design as STEP.

I want to have the 3D model of the board in SolidWorks.

Anyone can help me getting this 3D model?

Unfortunately there is not currently available the STEP file for the LS1046ARDB.

I understand that the STEP file is not yet available directly for downloading from NXP website.

However, I understand that the necessary files for generating the STEP file do are available. Unfortunately I don't have the Allegro tool for doing it. That's why I am asking someone to help me getting it.

I have done a deep research regarding this situation and I would like to inform you that we can do provide you with the Footprint (.dra) and with the .STEP for the LS1046A with Package : FBGA780.

Please note that those files are not from certified libraries, in case that you would like to have those files we can provide them to you creating a new ticket using the technical support web located in the following link, also in order to keep on the same communication channel please do not forget to mention that this situation is linked to case 00593713.

Hi, I am not interested in the STEP model for the processor part itself, but for the whole board.
I understand that NXP won't provide it .
