LS1027A Custom Board bring-up problem

Hi NXP guys,

We developed custom board based on LS1027AXE7PQA processor. We have used LS1028ARDB to understand functionality of LS family and used flexbuild_lsdk2108 as our custom board SDK. In our custom board, we replace SD card connector with TF card connector. We have deployed LSDK BSP images into TF card and we can boot up system through TF card + microSD adapter on LS1028ARDB.

But we can't boot up system through TF card on our custom board with LS1027AXE7PQA and we can't get any information from UART1. And we also found ASLEEP LED is always Yellow and it means LS1027 processor has not exited Sleep mode. This problem made us very confused.

Can you give us any good suggestions? By the way I used same RCW file (not change anything) on our custom board as LS1028ARDB. Is it necessary to modify RCW file when replace LS1028A with LS1027AXE7PQA processor? Or are there any other files that need to be modified?
