Codewarrior TAP does not connect to target hardware under Ubuntu

My configuration:

Target: NXP LS1046ARDB

JTAG Probe: CodeWarrior TAP (USB)

Host PC: Ubuntu 22.04 with CodeWarrior Development Studio 11.5.12

I am not able to perform a target connection under Ubuntu. I attach one screenshot of the Connection Server and one of the Diagnostic Output. Both Ubuntu and CodeWarrior have been updated.

I made a test with the Windows version of the CodeWarrior Development Studio and the connection establishes without problems, so the hardware is working. Needless to say that I need to use Ubuntu so I need to find a solution

There are some issues regarding CWTAP under Ubuntu, Please refer to the attached workaround and let me know if it works on your side.
