DRAM Issue on LS1046A

Hi ,

I have initialized DRAM using QCVS Tool and was using DRAM successfully till date ,But suddenly I see that DRAM is currently not initializing properly Like it should have 0XDEADBEEF as initial value but I see many memory location having some random initial value .
For reference I have pasted the Trace32 memory dump of DRAM below.
Please check and let me know why this is happening?

The board is LS1046 ARDB

Could you please share with me the following details:

Your RCW file configuration
Your DDR configuration in CodeWarrior
Can you do a QCVS DDR validation and share with a log with the results?
