regarding prebuilt tool chain installation

good evening, we are using latest layerscape Lsdk 2021 version for that we have installed following prebuilt tool chain system

https://www.nxp.com/lgfiles/sdk/lsdk2004-yocto31/fsl-qoriq-glibc-x86_64-fsl-toolchain-aarch64-
toolchain-3.1.sh

we are not getting bin files updated i mean bin files are formed but that date shown for that is not upto date (it is showing old files) to get the updated bin files which method i need to follow
