Can LS1046 update the program without uboot?

I noticed that LS1046 supports two startup modes:TF CARD/ QSPI FLASH.

Can LS1046 update the program without uboot?

For example, The QSPI Flash is erased. Is there any other way to program firmware image without using the TF card boot mode.

With the CodeWarrior TAP, you have to boot the board from RAM and then you can use the flash programmer tool in CodeWarrior.
