    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for contacting NXP support!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry but that is not possible!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The images for Raspberry Pi are built for their processor and you can't run that OS on Layerscape processors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can install ubuntu on your Layers scape and try to install the same apps or similar to your application&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Raspberry pi operating system on layerscape</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to run a raspberry pi image on a layerscape processor, for better performance and building a custom system that costs less. The application is a firewall for networks and running peer to peer VPN services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not the greatest at building a custom rom or firmware but i want to use a firmware/rom already available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to run the following: 3 Gigabit NIC's (ethernet); disk usage led; 2GB ram; 16GB boot drive; real time clock and video output with usb input for a keyboard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reading&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; hope you can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
