For some reason lx2160-spi-rcwovr.cmm didn't work for me, and the CPU was still in reset.

But a solution I found to work was running lx2160a-ca72_sieve_ocram_failsave.cmm and then flashing a working PBL+RCW and the RDB is working again.

Hi

A pbl with an entry point was flashed to flexspi flash to a LX2160A-RDB rev2, and the board is stuck in reset with D22 and D19 LED on.

Attempts have been tried to change where to load the RCW with SW1[1:4] and that results in none of the error LEDs on but still no access to the CPU through JTAG

What's the best way to recover from this?
