perf error while building images for ls1043ardb using flex-builder

I am trying build all images for the board ls1043arbd using flex-builder

I've used the command below as root

$ flex-builder -m ls1043ardb

Hello I'm facing the same issue.

You can disable the perf events and profiling in the kernel

# CONFIG_PROFILING is not set

# CONFIG_PERF_EVENTS is not set

# CONFIG_HAVE_PERF_EVENTS is not set

# CONFIG_HAVE_PERF_EVENTS_NMI is not set

but what worked for me is putting the

# dunfell

PERF_my-machine = ""

# kirkstone

PERF:my-machine = ""

Dear anischali, can you be so kind to provide more details: where to insert the config definitions - I tried all possible places without success.

Or your second suggestion - where to do this?

In my side, I put the configurations in my machine.conf of my bsp yocto layer.
