Code Warrior DDR4 Validation Not Working on Tool 11.5 Version

Hi,

We are trying DDR4 validation testing in LS1046A - custom designed board using the Code Warrior Tap tool. The DDR4 validation testing is not able to successfully initialized if we are using Code warrior application version 11.5. It throws the below error,

"DDR initialization failed: D_INIT was not cleared by hardware!"

But, if we try with 11.4 version the above error is not happening and also we are able to perform the DDR4 validation successfully (tested for 1KB and 100KB size).

Please share your comments what could be the reason for DDR4 validation is not working in the latest code warrior application version 11.5.

CodeWarrior initialization file provided in CodeWarrior is used for NXP demo board, you need to customize it for your custom board.

In "Target Connections" panel, please click "LS1046A_RDB(1)" to open "Target Initialization File" panel, please modify "DDR Initialization" section according to your custom board.

We often recommend customers use QCVS DDR tool to do DDR validation and optimization to get the optimized parameters, then use these parameter in CW initialization file.
