&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;I guess you missed the git-lfs install as mentionned in the very first step (pre-requisites) of&amp;nbsp; the &lt;A href="https://github.com/nxp-appcodehub/dm-eiq-genai-flow-demonstrator/blob/main/README.md" target="_self"&gt;README.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;This means that most binaries (so files, model files) are just links as you can see with you hexdump.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thank you Pierre, that indeed fixed it. I was using a pre-built SD card image from a colleague thus didnt run any pre-requisites.</description>
