Gui Guider V1.9.0 Create Project Issue

Hello,

I have recently installed Gui Guider V1.9.0 on my work laptop which is running Windows 11. When creating a new project, using LVGL v8.3.10 or v9.2.1, I receive an error message when I press the <CREATE> button. The message states "download is failed; check your network". A colleague has also experienced this on his workstation.

Please see the Device Specifications of my Windows machine:

OS: Windows 11 Enterprise (64-bit)

Version: 23H2

CPU: Intel i7-11850H

RAM: 64GB

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi @tony_belehradek,

Please try disabling firewall protection, or enabling public network access to GUI Guider via the firewall.

I also have the same problem, unable to create a project,popup error message"Download is failed, please check your network"

i tryed for turned off The firewall or Add Gui-Guider.exe to the trusted application list of the firewall, The problem still occurs

Hi @sjg,

Have you tried on a different network? Also, are you running GUI Guider as administrator?
