I was wondering if there is a way to reset the SCP03 keys back to factory default?

Sorry, but no such method to reset the SCP03 Keys. You must have the current keys to rotate them to any new keys, otherwise it would be so easy for attackers to hack the system.

Resetting SCP03 keys to factory default is generally **not possible** due to the high-security design of the protocol; a simple reset would be a major vulnerability. The only way to change these keys is through a **re-personalization process with a new set of keys**, which crucially requires successful authentication using the **current, valid SCP03 keys**. If the current keys are lost or unknown, the card becomes unmanageable for secure operations.
