The RT1052 USB_CDC_VCOM example does not run properly

The RT1052 USB_CDC_VCOM example does not run properly. After compiling with Keil using SDK 2.15 and downloading the program to the device, the USB virtual serial port cannot be recognized.

IN this file, It describe Hardware requirements and software requirements, etc.

Please verify the experiment according to the requirements in the readme file.
