Hi Kameltej,

Freescale does not have a ZigBee chip with "everything" inside. you need our development tools to put in the software needed.

I would recommend that you go look for a ZigBee module as these can come with a UART interface that you can use.

E.g Maxstream has modules you can buy via Digi that has a uart interface.

You can look at our ZigBee partner weside and check out all the partners:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=FSL-ZB-SNF&fpsp=1

BR,

Mads

Hi kamaltej.

I want to refer you to a post that will provide you with the basics of ZigBee development kits and the underlying protocols. In your own time, take a look at http://www.short-range-wireless.com. I believe you will furnish your experience more with their technical and business analysis of short range wireless networking implementations. All the best.
