Hello, I have a problem with the JM60 USB bootloader driver. When I connect the EfmJM60 autoprogrammable module to a pc with windows XP, it works correctly, but when I work in a pc with windows 7, the pc detects the device with a name different to JM60 but the JMGui doesn't detect it. Should I install a special driver for windows 7? What must I do? I need your help. Thank you.

Hi Cesar,

You need new driver for 64-bit. Below is the reply I got from FSL Technical Support:

"The installer version that I have sent you includes a
newer version of WinUSB driver, allowing compatibility with 64-bit Windows
versions. We have tested this version on Windows XP, Vista and Seven, on 32 and
64 bits and worked as expected, while the version available on the website is
compatible with 32-bit only. We are in process of upload the updated version on
the website.

Hope this will be useful for you. Please let me know if
you have further questions. Have a nice day.

Should you need to contact us with regard to this
message, please see the notes below.

Best Regards,

Carlos Jose

Technical Information & Commercial Support

Freescale Semiconductor"
