HCS08DZ60 PIN bit in SRS Register is not set

Hallo all,

I have a Probem the SRS registers.

the Definiton of the SRS is

bit7 bit6 bit5 bit4 bit3 bit2 bit1 bit0

POR PIN COP ILOP ILAD LOC LVD --

---------------------------------------------

I generate a Reset signal on the Reset Pin of the µC and the µC will reset itself. After that I read the SRS Register somewhere in the code, I get a value of sometimes 0x40 (PIN ist set), and sometimes 0x2(LVD is set). Wha I expect is that the bit6 "PIN" should always be set. I can't understand why the LVD bit is set and if it is set why the bit "PIN" is not set?

It was a long time ago. But I dont think the problem is resolved.
