    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I have 2/10 AP16CFBE pieces masked OM25D that seems to have a flash problem. I charged my firmware trough MON08 / P&amp;amp;E PROG08 software. It didn´t work so I check the flash. I has 0x00 in one row(or column) all along the entire memory, including vectors. I´ve never had that problem. I´m unable to blank the memory. Any comments?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hi,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Sounds very odd!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If you enter the wrong security bytes, you would get 0xAD (or whatever) in all positions, so that does not seem to be the case.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So it seems to be the correct Flash EPROM content.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;In that case, try another HC908AP16, and check if it behaves the same.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Regards,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Ake&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
