Can I interface 8051 core microcontrollers with Freescale Zigbee RF Transreceiver IC MC13191,.

Can I use the Z-stack and softwares provided by Freescale for 8051 instead of Freescale Microcontrollers?

Hi,

You can interface it with the transceiver if it has a 4-wire SPI, however Freescale's software (SMAC, 802.15.4 and ZigBee) license excludes using their software with a non-FSL MCU.
