    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Friends,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am using MC908QT1 device.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I need to know what happens when the Vdd rise time exceeds the specified 150 msecs.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Does this affect the start up?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Raghu Sorab&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;Good morning.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm guessing that the reset and brown-out control circuits wont be guaranteed to work correctly (i.e. the processor may not start up correctly, etc.).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I strongly recommend that you keep Vcc voltage and timing within spec.&lt;BR /&gt;ron&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
