    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;hi all,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I use the ROM resident routine EE_WRITE to emulate e2prom&amp;nbsp;in flash DC00-DC3F, everything is well except that the reset vect(at 0xFFFF)&amp;nbsp;will be changed occationally, though the flash was protected from DC40 to the end. Was there any details about EE_WRITE&amp;nbsp; i dont know caused this?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;You most likely have one of those buggy older versions.&amp;nbsp; Read the relevant errata to know for sure.&amp;nbsp; The suggested workaround is to re-write the routine and run it from RAM.&amp;nbsp; But, that only works if you have enough RAM to spare.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;i think it may&amp;nbsp; be not &amp;nbsp;the problem of erase, because the reset vector was changed not erased.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;and its date codes is 0447, not so old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;perhaps it clears the COPCTL while writing flash..............just guess&lt;IMG alt=":smileyhappy:" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="http://freescale.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;maybe&amp;nbsp;i should read and disassemble the EE_WRITE code , and then research it.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
