      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to use a Freescale 8-bitter then you will need to use an external RTC say from Maxim/Dallas. Could interface using SPI or I2C.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some application specific ones that are fairly big have an RTC but none of the general purpose ones do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A QG8 might fit the bill, but only 16 pin (See under HCS08 menu, top left).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards David&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
