      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to use the&amp;nbsp;S9S08SG8E2WTG because it is rated 150 degree Celcius operation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My intended function is to make a signal generator driving two mosfets with certain dead time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I cannot find a solution to program it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Datasheet states to use single wire BDC for programming and debug using the BDM tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The NXP hardware tool&amp;nbsp;LFBDMPGMR is active but not stocked. Is there an alternative?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What software to use for a) programming and b) debug?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there alternative MCU's with PWM that support 150 degree Celcius operation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frank&lt;/P&gt;</description>
