My name is Itzamna Fuentes and I'll be attending this post!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, the MC68HC05L1 is an old MCU from the 68HC05 that is no longer manufactured. This specific MCU family does not have such specific programmer and the process is complex.&lt;BR /&gt;This can be explained from the information displayed in the datasheet: &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MC68HC05L16.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MC68HC05L16.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the datasheet, you can follow to page 137, A.10 EPROM and A.10.1 Programming Sequence. There you will see the steps to do the programming procedure. You may also need to check the Bootsrap mode information at page 136.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now, back againg to the programmer, the 68HC05 MCU family does not have an specific programmer, you may need to use a 3rd party programmer (universal programmer with an adapter for this packing type) to apply the procedure explained in the datasheet, a possible option can be the programmer xeltek superpro.&lt;/P&gt;
