What hardware/software i need to read/write MC68HC711E9CFNE2 ?

I am trying to post this for the 3rd time. Every time i try to post, i get redirected to either registration (which i obviously did) and then its not posted.
Then i am redirected to creating a username (which i did) and then its not posted.
Now i am registered, with a username (how in the world did i register without a username to begin with is beyond me)

But anyway, please can someone help me ?
I need to read firmware from MC68HC711E9CFNE2 and transfer it over to another chip.

What do i need for that ?
Where ?

Due to the part is not longer manufactured I can not recommend you any tool for that

Just because something is not manufactured, does not mean its no longer sold or used.
Dont change oil in your car. Just throw away the car because its no longer manufactured and buy new one.
