&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The 74HC573; 74HCT573 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device and is pin compatible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is a very old part and as far as I know now this part is nexperia part&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a question about a chip with the code:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt;74HC573D&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt;L3D55k3&amp;nbsp; 02&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt;Uxd1431G&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those codes are written on only one chip, it's not understood, which difference between it and other&amp;nbsp;subcodes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt;74HC573D&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt;XXXX XXXX XXXX&amp;nbsp; 0x&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="1"&gt;XXXX XXXX XXXX&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after the 74HC573D, Also Does it have the capability to work as a non-volatile memory as a flash ram for firmware or binaries burning?
