Hi,

Does anyone know the difference between a MC68HC711E9CFN and MC68HC711E9CFN2?

I have some older parts that just have just CFN and I can't find a datasheet that just has that CFN.

The only ones I can find have the CFN2 or CFN3.

This is a very old device and all the information is obsoleted

As I remember the MC68HC711E9CFN is at 1MHz, but I did not find any document that shows that
