How does one decode the various letters in old Motorola obsolete part numbers? Example the microcontroler MC68705R3CS? What do the "C" and "S" letters stand for? Where do you find documentation or a key for this part number information?

Thank you for any any help or guidance.

The MC68705R3CS is a very old device and no longer manufactured so all the information is obsoleted, but as I remember the CS is the package type and the temperature range

Regards
