    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm making a testing board using the MC9S08JM32 for USB applications but I'm not sure i understand the power situation, according to the datasheet the USB-B connector should be routed like so:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="dgsdgasasdg.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/98705i26795E693D2B5CC0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="dgsdgasasdg.png" alt="dgsdgasasdg.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I've connected it like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="gaewgdsg.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/99190iD5C7D0EEEED109FB/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="gaewgdsg.png" alt="gaewgdsg.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this design the VCC bar is either 3.3V or 5V depending on what source i connect to the board's power terminals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P4 is a 3-pin strip intended to use a jumper between pins 1&amp;amp;2 or 2&amp;amp;3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Vusb bar is connected to the MCU's VUSB33 pin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is an error right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure I understand what Vbus or what is supposed to connect to, does it come from the Host(PC)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
