Off Delay type changed to on delay type.

The current relay time delay is an OFF DELAY type. We want to change this to ON DELAY type.

This is a program made in motorola assembly language.

I am not good in ASM code and this is very old, but I am not sure that the code is complete.

This is certainly not a complete program. It lacks a whole bunch of symbol definitions, a reset vector, proper initialization, etc.
