Hi Francois,

XC means prototype version.

I just found 68HC705SR3 type.

http://www.nxp.com/pages/microcontroller:68HC705SR3?

Could you please check whether maskset is printed on your MCU?

It should be 1F10W (or 0F10W) in case of 68HC705SR3 type.

Are there any other labels on your MCU?

Thank you for sharing picture and datasheet.

Your datasheet (in attachment) looks correct for these MCUs (maskset 1TJ6). We just found also addendum to this datasheet.

Note: I suppose that you need datasheet for some special MCU birthday celebration. ;-)

MCU was produced in sixth week of 1986. So, soon it will be 30 years….
