Flextimer PWM sync between 2 Microcontrollers

Hello

Is there a way to use external trigger to synchronise a FTMxCHn and FTMxCHn+1 with another Microcontroller running the same frequency PWM?

The situation is like this

I have a Flextimer running 4 channels (each pair is complementary-combined) on MCU1

I have the same situation in MCU2.

I require the Flextimer in MCU1 to be run as slave to MCU2, being triggered by FTMxCHn out of MCU2 in MODE1

and self triggered (Software triggered in MODE2)

Can someone share an idea how this can be achieved?
