First question

S08JM60 microcontrollers are orderable already programmed (with firmware that let me to use it for jtag programming of another kinetics mcu)? Is there any parameter key in buy code that let me know this thing?

Second question

Is there any mcu of this family that has -40°:+105° temperature range?

Hi Frantic,

If you buy the microcontroller, it will be blank. Maybe you want to build your own USBDM ? In this case have a look to S08JS16 versions which can be flashed throw the USB connection. It is also possible to buy USBDM on eBay for example.

To answer you second question, no. S08JM devices are only available from -40°C to 85°C.
