      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Wolfgang,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking, regading MCU programing,&amp;nbsp; there're two cases:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. MCU is mounted on PCB before programed. In such case, Programmers can use a cable to connect to BDM port (for S08 ) on the board to program MCUs.&amp;nbsp; P&amp;amp;E provides such kind of programmers, for example P&amp;amp;E Cyclone Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.pemicro.com/products/product_processor.cfm?category=12"&gt;http://www.pemicro.com/products/product_processor.cfm?category=12&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. We also can program MCUs&amp;nbsp; directly by some dedicated programmers, there are one or more sockets in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the programmer, Put MCUs in them, one GUI in PC side can control the programming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, Hilo System provides such kind of programmers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.hilosystems.com.tw/en/hilo_products/programmer.aspx"&gt;http://www.hilosystems.com.tw/en/hilo_products/programmer.aspx&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope those information will be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
