    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using MC9S08LL16 but can't go so far; I run a "Test" program&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to check the TOD module, but when I try to run it again failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a while this message was displayed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;" The trim value could not be measured properly"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried configuring the external and internal oscillator but both had&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, this far I have 4 useless MCUs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm working on CW 10.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone give me some advice to solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is it happen??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And how to recover the MCUs??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
