Trim value could not be measured properly - 9S08LL16

Hi,

I'm using MC9S08LL16 but can't go so far; I run a "Test" program

to check the TOD module, but when I try to run it again failed.

After a while this message was displayed:

" The trim value could not be measured properly"

I tried configuring the external and internal oscillator but both had

the same result.

So, this far I have 4 useless MCUs

I'm working on CW 10.2

Could someone give me some advice to solve this?

Why is it happen??

And how to recover the MCUs??
