Example code for internal ADC of MC9S08DZ96

I am evaluating MC9S08DZ96 for one of the application and interested in testing ADC performance before making decision on ADC and controller. I have evaluation kit with me, is there sample code for internal ADC of MC9S08DZ96, which can be used for basic evaluation testing purpose??

You can download the dz60_demo.zip from the following link:

http://www.axman.com/content/demo9s08dz60

Also you can check the samples that are install with CodeWarrior the normal folder is

C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers V6.3\(CodeWarrior_Examples)\HCS08\Evaluation Board Examples\EVB9S08DZ60\C
These samples are for the Evaluation board but you can check the initialization and use it for the DEMO, I believe that the two board has the same package.
On this folder you can find a sample for CAN, LIN, SCI and the demo that use the ADC.
