I have a broken Beltronics radar detector. The problem is in the MC68HC908 MCU.

I tried to read the flash from a working radar detector by desoldering the MCU and read it with a programmer, but i found a 8 bit security code from FFF6 to FFFD.

Is there any way to unlock the MCU, extract the software and write it in my broken radar detector?

Hello and welcome to the fora, $$ilvviu.

No there is no other way to get in without doing a bulk erase first.

That is unless you count trying every possible code.

That is what it is there for, to stop other people reading out the code.
