Dear Expret.

I need you help about MC9S08AC60 problem.Now I use this mcu to design washing machine and it has problem about data in flash program area is loss when I run machine around 2 day continue.

At this problem I use 6 machine for test and 2 machine has this problem.In design I use virtual EEPROME at address 0870 to 0A70 and Program memory at address 1860 to FFFF.in this problem data is loss at Program memory area and it random address.

Pls help me to find a root of this problem.

Hi Waan,

Are you trying to write data into flash ?

I don't know if this will help you ... but from my experience (an unpleasant one), once, I think two year ago, I've done a mistake into a program which save a variable into a eeprom at a specific time interval. I've forgot about it, and when i made the burn-in tests of the device i was surprised to see the processors were damaged after a while (something like in your case).

I may case the root cause was simple ... writing in Flash or eeprom is allowed only for a limited time.
