MCS08GT16 Never exits STOP3 mode

Hi,

I've got a MCSS08GT16 that I can successfully have enter STOP3 mode and the current consumption stops as expected.

My problem is that I cannot make the MCU the come back from this mode no matter what I do. Could you please help me with a example code on how to correctly enter the STOP3 mode? I only have an internal oscillator.

Hello Seppo,

You do not say by what means you are attempting to exit stop3 mode. Your choices are an external reset, IRQ pin (low state only), or RTI. The RTI will need to be driven by the 1kHz source.

Perhaps you should post your present (non-working) code.
